My prior experiences with
social media and Web 2.0 technologies have been somewhat limited. I have them available in my organization, however, I never seem to find enough time to utilize them. I do assume there is value in Web 2.0, and I would love to know more about how to utilize these resources in designing training.
I am most definitely a follower when it comes to Web 2.0, and I am eager to learn more! I believe I am a follower because I have been so consumed with the recent historical method of designing training - web-based talking head more or less.
I would love to learn how to incorporate social media with web course design that my team and I are responsible for within a telecommunications company. My desire is to know how to use these tools beyond the firewall that my organization has.
